For US agencies, consultants and B2B coaches

We find your next clients. You just answer the replies.

FunnelIQ is done-for-you cold email. We pick US businesses that fit what you sell, find a public reason each one needs you right now, and write to them in your name, from separate domains that keep yours safe. When someone's interested, the reply lands in your inbox.

Subject: your new Frisco office

Hi Dana,

Saw on your site that Hollis opened in Frisco last month. Congrats.

Your Google profile still lists only the Plano address, so someone searching "roofer Frisco" won't find the new office yet. That's usually a 20-minute fix.

Want me to send over what I'd change?

Short. Specific. True. Easy to say yes to. That's the whole craft, and it's the part nobody has time to do 200 times a month.

Referrals built your business. They can't grow it on schedule.

Your best clients found you through someone else. That proves you're good. It's also the problem: your pipeline depends on other people remembering to mention you.

Meanwhile the firm with the bigger ad budget gets the meeting. Not because they're better. Because they showed up first.

Cold email is how a good firm shows up on purpose. But done well, it's a second job: the right companies, a real reason to write this week, an email that doesn't smell like a template, sending domains that need babysitting, and someone working out what to fix. You already have a job. So it never happens.

That second job is the one we take.

Every week, without you

  1. We find who needs you, right now. US businesses that fit what you sell, each with a dated, public reason to reach out: a new location, a new leader, a hiring push, a new license, a broken website. Every one has a source link you can click.
  2. We write to them like a person would. Up to three short emails in your name, each one opening with something true about that business. Sent from domains we set up and warm up, so the one your clients know never takes a risk.
  3. We get sharper. Every Monday we judge last week's change and make one new one, written down so you can see why. You read a one-page scorecard. You answer the replies.

After a short start (one call, and a look at your first few batches) it runs without waiting on you.

Do the math on one client

Pay for the year up front and Starter is $3,490, which is $291 a month. If one new client is worth more than that to you, a single yes pays for the year. Everything after it is margin.

For comparison: even the monthly price, $349, is less than a salaried salesperson costs you in a week. And nobody has to manage it.

Judge us on your market, not on our marketing

Before you pay anything, we do the real work for you once. You get:

  • 10 US businesses that fit what you sell, and why each one fits.
  • A reason to reach each one now, with the source and the date.
  • The first email we'd send each of them. Nothing is sent.
  • Your targeting, written out: who, where, and what we'd say.
  • Your first month, sketched: the sequence, the first test, the scorecard.

If the ten look right, you've seen exactly what you'd get every week. If they don't, you've lost nothing and learned something about your market.

We guarantee the work. Not the replies.

Before a single email goes out, we write down how many qualified leads we'll find, how many emails we'll send, and the timeframe. We keep adjusting the offer until it's one a client should want to answer. If we miss the leads, the emails, or the timeframe, you get your plan fees back. We do not guarantee replies. We're new. Right now, that works in your favor.

FunnelIQ is a new company. You won't find testimonials here yet, and we won't borrow anyone else's.

What being early gets you: Joel runs your onboarding call himself, reviews your first batches with you, and reads your scorecard every week. That's hard to promise at a hundred clients. Today it's simply how it works.

We also run the same system on ourselves, in public. Every week's numbers go on the scorecard, quiet weeks included.

What we won't do

No guaranteed meetings (anyone who promises that is guessing with your money). No sending from your main domain. No rented or bought lists. No scraping sites that forbid it, including LinkedIn. No LinkedIn automation. No identifying your website visitors by name without consent. No AI calling or texting anyone. No countdown timers. Monthly plans cancel in one click.

Plans from $349 per month

Pro$1,499/moUp to 1,500 new prospects a month
Business$3,499/moUp to 4,000 new prospects a month, across your clients

Yearly is two months free if you pay for the year up front. Starter is $3,490 that way, which is $291 a month. Every plan includes the 60-day guarantee. There's no free trial, because a trial would mean sending in your name before your domains are ready. The free preview is how you judge the work.

Questions

What do I actually have to do?

One onboarding call, a look at your first two or three batches, and replying to the people who reply. That's it. You never approve emails one by one.

How soon do emails go out?

You see your first batch within about 48 hours of finishing setup (our target). New sending domains then warm up for 14–21 days before full sending. That wait protects your name, and we use it to tune your messages with you.

Will it sound like spam?

Not if we do our job. Every email opens with a checkable fact about that business and asks one easy question. Every one is checked before it sends: could it have gone to anyone? Does it fit this business? Does it make a claim we can't back? If so, it's rewritten or dropped.

Will this get me meetings?

We won't promise meetings, and we won't promise replies. What we promise is the qualified leads, the emails, and the timeframe we agree up front, plus a weekly look at how it's going. If we miss those, you get your plan fees back in the first 60 days. The conditions

Who is this for?

US marketing and web agencies, and consultants and coaches who sell to businesses. If you sell to consumers, or want prospects outside the US, it isn't the right fit.
